• Hi, I'm Ashley Young, a Taekwondo instructor and martial arts enthusiast. I've been training in martial arts for over 20 years, and I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I earned my black belt in Taekwondo in 2001 from AYOP, and I've since earned my second degree. I've also trained in other martial arts, including karate, kung fu, and jujitsu. I'm a certified Taekwondo instructor, and I've taught classes for all ages and skill levels. My students have won at multiple competitions, and they've all benefited from the discipline, focus, and self-confidence that martial arts can teach. I'm committed to providing my students with a safe and supportive learning environment. I believe that everyone can benefit from martial arts, and I'm excited to help you reach your goals.
